Since the beginning of its activity, Microbase has been investing a significant part of its resources in training programs of its Human Resources, both in the fields of application development and in the fields of provision of Telecommunication Solutions and Services. In particular, the monitoring of technological developments is a continuous process for Microbase Engineers, a fact that results from the certifications from International Organizations in the fields of Telecommunications, Information Security, Network Infrastructure, etc.

The SSCA ELITE certification of Microbase Engineers is a strong proof of the alert development of its People, such as The SIP School.

Management

Antonis Psaras

Antonis Psaras holds a BEng (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK and an MSc in Telecommunications and Information Systems from the University of Essex, UK.

He is a co-owner and administrator of Microbase. He has extensive experience in managing complex projects for organizations covering a wide range of Greek and international business environments. He has significant know-how in the field of telecommunications and network security.

In addition, he has Telecommunications and Security Certifications such as Dcap (Digium Certified Asterisk Professional), CHFI (Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator) from the EC-Council, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) from the EC-Council, UM-Labs (Unified Communications Security Platform Professional), Virtualization CITRIX Administrator, OPENSIPS Professional etc.

He has published articles in print and electronic press in Greece and abroad and has participated as a speaker in international fora.

He holds a diploma in violin and competitive sailing, as well as a Divemaster degree in diving. He is married and has 3 children.

Yiannis Lagonikas

Yiannis Lagonikas is an Information Systems Engineer.

He has been writing code since 1984. In 2001 he collaborated with Antonis Psaras to promote and support the Billing TelcoBase system and in 2003 they co-founded Microbase, which they still run today. He loves the mountains, but in winter he sails in the Saronic Gulf and the nearby Cyclades.

At home he is engaged in cooking and 3D Printing. He is married and has a daughter.
