The dynamic imprint called: Woman
Women’s Day was established on March 8th in order to emphasise her value and contribution to humanity. Therefore, it is an opportunity to highlight her multiple, decisive and invaluable role. Every Woman becomes a factor of change.
For a Woman, there is no such thing as an untouchable perspective. She has proven her path in all sectors to be able to conquer prestigious positions at high levels and in decision-making centers. The bar of her expectations for her further development defines us and offers us a FUTURE. Simply, the Greek woman (based on EIGE) must climb the ladder of development; the window of equal opportunities for creative development should be widened in order to become self-reliant, equal and worthy, as she deserves. The terms sticky floor/labyrinth effect ending with breaking glass ceiling have always concerned women. Should we?
It is, therefore, an UNCONDITIONAL NEED and imperative of the current era to shape a society and economy of equal opportunities and equality without discrimination and exclusion, an element of progress in Democratic societies and a catalytic element of social cohesion.
